Learn how to connect with clients, build rapport, and ask effective questions during an interview. You’ll also have the opportunity to formulate interview questions through an activity that you can use in your own work setting.

Going beyond questions, learn how to observe and make sense of your clients’ behavior during assessment. Explore what their body language—including tone of voice, facial expressions, posture, and gestures—may tell you, and how to consider these observations alongside other assessment information. You’ll also learn how to write behavioral observations and incorporate them into a psychological screening report.
